As a senior data analyst in Personal Lines Telematics, you'll support the Control team, which monitors the health and success of Telematics programs. This includes Snapshot and Accident Response, through KPI reporting, data quality oversight, and data-driven analysis. In this role, you'll partner closely with business and IT partners to define requirements, support data warehousing initiatives, and develop reporting that provides actionable insights into program performance. You'll translate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions, investigate data issues, identify trends and opportunities, and ensure that critical business metrics are accurate and reliable. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Claims, Commercial Lines, IT, and other business areas while driving improvements in data quality and business decision-making.
This is a remote position.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query, analyze, and troubleshoot large and complex datasets.
Experience working with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouse platforms.
Proficiency developing dashboards and reports (Tableau) to monitor performance, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
Ability to gather and translate business requests into clear requirements and deliver reporting solutions that meet stakeholders’ needs for analytical reporting and warehousing initiatives.
Compensation
$81,400 - $108,500/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
