The Role
Ensure end-to-end reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence for a large-scale enterprise performance analytics platform.
Act as a backup for system maintenance and support, transitioning into a performance engineering role.
Focus on troubleshooting complex system and application issues that require deep analysis.
Work on major incidents and collaborate with a team of generalists possessing diverse technical expertise.
Drive resolution of challenging technical problems with a persistent and proactive approach.
What You'll Need
Proven experience in troubleshooting performance issues in distributed production environments.
5+ years of Linux/Unix administration experience, including system build and deployment.
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise production applications.
Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a solid troubleshooting approach.
Familiarity with security scanning, vulnerability management, patch management, and container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes).
Programming and automation experience with Python, NoSQL, SQL, GIT, or Bash/Shell scripting.
