Job Description – Senior Executive Finance & Accounts
Position Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts
Location : Bengaluru
Responsibilities
Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Manage and file Monthly TDS Returns and Quarterly Returns.
Perform Vendor Reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
Handle Borrowing and Investment Accounting activities.
Prepare Audit Schedules, MIS Reports, and Monthly Financial Reports.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications
MCom. with 4+ years of relevant experience OR CA Inter with 2+ years of relevant experience
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
Hands-on working experience in SAP S/4HANA.
MBA (Finance) with 4+ years of experience or CA Inter with 2+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting.
Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Corporate Finance, Treasury, or Accounting functions.
Experience in the Retail industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in the Retail industry.
Exposure to treasury operations, financial controls, and audit coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work within strict timelines and manage multiple priorities.
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
