Role Overview
Looking for an HR Executive with strong HR data, MIS, and reporting skills to manage dashboards, reports, and HR data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain HR MIS and dashboards.
Manage and analyze HR data and reports.
Create reports using Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.
Maintain HR trackers and databases.
Ensure accuracy of HR data and reports.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in HR MIS/HR Data/HR Reporting.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.
Good analytical and data management skills.
Good attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners based in/around Bangalore preferred.
