Role Description The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end immigration projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of visa consulting services for Canada and Australia. This full-time, on-site role in Abroad involves coordinating project plans, managing timelines, and aligning resources across multiple client cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project teams, prioritizing workloads, tracking case progress, and resolving bottlenecks through effective expediting and logistics management. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with consultants, operations staff, and external stakeholders, review documentation and inspection reports, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. The role also includes reporting on project performance, recommending process improvements, and contributing to strategic planning and client experience initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with a track record of leading complex, deadline-driven initiatives.
Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor activities and Logistics Management to coordinate resources, streamline workflows, and manage case-related movements and dependencies.
Candidates should possess experience with Inspection and quality control processes to verify documentation accuracy and compliance with immigration guidelines.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and analytical abilities, including proficiency in project management tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Relevant bachelor’s degree (such as Business, Management, or related field) and prior experience in immigration services, consulting, or professional services project management are highly beneficial.
Candidates should possess leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement in processes and client service.
