Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad. This position oversees immigration-related programs and service delivery, ensuring that client cases for Canada and Australia visas are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating program activities, tracking case progress, managing timelines, and resolving operational issues. The Program Manager collaborates with consultants and support staff, monitors performance metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance client experience. The role also involves stakeholder communication, reporting to leadership on program outcomes, and supporting training initiatives for team members.
Qualifications
Program and project management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of multiple client cases.
Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, address case issues, and improve processes.
Familiarity with immigration or visa processes for Canada and Australia, or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic reporting (spreadsheets, presentations, case-tracking systems).
Bachelor’s degree in management, business, law, or a related field; relevant certifications in project or program management are an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru and maintain high ethical standards.
