Role Description: The Senior Management Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based abroad. This role involves leading consulting engagements, analysing client business processes, and recommending improvements related to immigration services and overall operational efficiency. The consultant will work with senior leadership to design strategies that optimise service delivery, financial performance, and client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments, preparing data-driven reports, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, and overseeing implementation of approved recommendations. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all solutions align with regulatory requirements and organisational objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting experience, including leading client engagements and delivering strategic advisory projects.
Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to evaluate cost structures, budgets, and the financial impact of operational changes.
Candidates should possess Business Process expertise to map workflows, diagnose inefficiencies, and design optimized processes.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
Proven ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, present complex findings, and drive consensus on recommendations.
Experience in professional services, immigration consulting, or related domains is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
