Role Description The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow Naukripay Group’s presence across key social media platforms through strategic content planning and execution. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area involves creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and optimizing content to increase brand awareness and audience interaction. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and HR teams to align social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives and recruitment goals. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, managing community interactions, staying current with social media trends, and recommending new formats or channels to enhance reach and impact.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using social media management tools and basic analytics platforms.
Ability to create engaging, audience-specific content and adapt tone to different platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in HR, recruitment, or services sectors.
