Senior Product Designer

This innovative platform automates every step from initial contact to commission, transforming manual processes into intelligent, scalable systems and empowering over 50,000 brokers to achieve more profitable deals.
The Role
Design thoughtful user experiences for complex brokerage operations
Contribute to bringing new products to market and shaping the commercial real estate industry
Collaborate with Product Managers to define product vision, strategy, and conduct UX research
Act as the voice-of-the-customer, communicating design decisions and building user empathy
Create user journeys through diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
Partner with another designer to co-maintain a high-fidelity interactive prototype using Figma and AI tooling
What You'll Need
Proven track record of shipping thoughtful workflows and experiences
Experience curating designs through rapid user research (qualitative, quantitative, ethnographic)
Ability to build trust, lead with vision, drive quality, and foster collaboration
Skill in iterating quickly to transform ideas into reality
Strong communication skills
