The Role
Analyze legacy database architecture, data models, and complex business logic for modernization initiatives
Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance, and secure database solutions
Design and develop data models, schemas, tables, and optimize complex stored procedures (SPROCs)
Improve database performance, data integrity, scalability, and auditability
Support data migration, ETL, integration, and transformation activities
Implement and refine data governance, security, and control standards
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8-10+ years of experience in SQL Server development, database engineering, and data modeling in large-scale environments
Advanced SQL Server development expertise and strong experience designing and optimizing stored procedures
Hands-on experience with data migration, ETL processes, and integration tools like SSIS
Strong background in data analysis, data quality, and relational data modeling
Demonstrated ability to design high-performance, scalable, and auditable database solutions
Experience implementing database security, data controls, and governance standards
