Senior Technical Scrum Master

The Role
Lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment
Drive project execution by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, work tracking, and monitoring delivery metrics
Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and guide teams towards successful outcomes
Mentor and guide team members to support effective project/program execution
What You'll Need
15+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs, with at least 5 years in Agile and 5 years in traditional waterfall delivery
At least 10 years' experience working in a large enterprise (5,000+ employees) or the Federal Government
Proven ability to lead and drive executives to reach project objectives
Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and work tracking
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional team leadership abilities
PMP and CSM/SAFe Scrum Master certifications
