What Will You Do
?
Your primary responsibility will be to develop relationships with companies that are looking to recruit, expand or optimize their workforce

nts• Connect with Founders, CEOs, Directors, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leaders and Operations Manag
ers• Understand their basic manpower and recruitment requireme
nts• Introduce Digically’s remote workforce solutions to potential clie
nts• Arrange introductions or meetings between interested companies and our t
eam• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential clie
nts• Identify opportunities where companies can benefit from remote or offshore profession
als• Represent Digically professionally within your business and HR netw
ork• Help us expand our employer network across the United State
