Traditional Media Coordinator

Our agency client is looking for a Media Coordinator to work alongside their media investment team. This is not independent work and will require working in close coordination with team members on day-to-day buy support.
This is a fully remote role, working 30-40 hours/week. Msut be comfortable working CST hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Documentation and file/tracking maintenance related to media buys
- Buy stewardship and tracking support
- Vendor communication (routine correspondence, follow-ups, confirmations)
- General media operations support as needed
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of media buying experience, ideally with TV and radio buying, including local radio experience
- Experience with Strata or similar media buying platform is highly desirable
- Comfortable working alongside a team rather than working independently and the ability to effectively manage vendor relationships and follow-up activities
- Media/advertising background preferred
- Candidates with hands-on buying experienve are preferred over those whose experience is limited to media support functions
