Our client in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a highly organized, Creative Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between a global beauty organization and a distributed creative team. This person will act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring projects are properly briefed, assigned, prioritized, and delivered on time.
This is the most critical role on the team and will serve as the central hub between stakeholders, designers, production resources, and leadership. The ideal candidate understands creative workflows, agency operations, and how to manage high-volume deliverables across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact.
- Act as the "eyes and ears" of the creative team, translating business needs into actionable work.
- Review, digest, and clarify creative briefs before assigning work.
- Manage project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple brands.
- Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and feedback loops.
- Partner closely with internal engagement leadership to ensure delivery against expectations.
- Lead day-to-day workflow management for the creative team.
- Establish and maintain project-management processes and documentation.
- Manage project tracking within Monday.com and assist with implementation of Asana workflows as needed.
- Coordinate global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resourcing challenges.
- Support a high-volume Q4 workload and seasonal campaign activity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Creative Project Management experience.
- Experience managing creative deliverables in an agency, in-house agency, or marketing environment.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with designers, production teams, and creative stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows.
- Experience with project intake and resource allocation.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and presenting updates to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Experience setting up or managing workflows in Asana.
- Previous experience supporting beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Previous experience supporting managed services or embedded studio teams is a significant plus.
