Our client is lookign for a fully Remote Production Designer with Beauty industry experience to support a fast-paced, multi-brand creative services team. This role is focused on high-volume execution, adaptation, asset production, and versioning while maintaining brand consistency and accuracy.
40 hours per week through 12/31 with a likelihood to extend.
The ideal candidate thrives in deadline-driven environments and is comfortable managing a large volume of simultaneous deliverables across multiple brands and marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Execute production-ready design assets across multiple brands.
Resize and adapt existing creative for various channels and platforms.
Produce digital marketing assets, email creative, web graphics, and promotional materials.
Prepare files for deployment and distribution.
Manage version control and maintain organized asset libraries.
Ensure strict adherence to established brand standards and guidelines.
Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and periods of increased workflow.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to meet project deadlines.
Execute a high volume of creative requests with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of production design experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of file preparation, production workflows, and asset management.
Experience adapting creative assets across multiple formats, sizes, and channels.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and large workloads while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail, or consumer product industries.
Experience supporting multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
Email design and production experience.
Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and template-driven workflows.
Agency or in-house creative studio experience.
