Role Description The Advertising Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that promote Roarke Regenerative’s mission and initiatives. This role oversees digital and traditional ad placements, develops campaign strategies, manages budgets, and monitors performance metrics to ensure effective outreach and donor engagement. The Advertising Manager collaborates with marketing, fundraising, and program teams to align messaging, create compelling creative assets, and tailor campaigns to diverse audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with external partners and platforms, managing timelines, preparing reports, and making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign impact. The role also involves staying current with advertising trends in the nonprofit and sustainability sectors to drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns.
Candidates should possess Advertising expertise, including experience with digital ad platforms, audience targeting, creative development, and performance analysis.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget objectives.
Experience working with nonprofits, environmental organizations, or mission-driven brands is beneficial.
Proficiency with analytics tools, ad managers (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad platforms), and basic data interpretation is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate across time zones, and demonstrate commitment to sustainability and climate action.
Base salary: $150,000–$165,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive annual performance bonus
