Role Description The Analyst Data role at PPStack is a full-time remote position responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that support educational products, learner success, and business decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources, building dashboards and reports, and applying statistical methods to identify patterns and trends. The analyst will collaborate with product, learning, and business teams to define metrics, design experiments, and measure the impact of AI-powered learning solutions, courses, and career programs. This role also involves developing and maintaining data models, documenting methodologies, and presenting findings in clear, accessible formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuous learning and adaptation to new tools, data practices, and EdTech trends are expected.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
Proficiency in data analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau).
Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and basic experimental design.
Experience in data modeling and working with relational databases or data warehouses.
Effective communication skills for presenting data findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
Understanding of EdTech, online learning platforms, or education analytics is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, cloud data services, or data engineering practices is a plus.
