Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations and marketing collaterals.
Develop creative designs aligned with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Create promotional creatives for sports infrastructure projects, products, services, offers and campaigns.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Sales, Presales and Business Development teams to understand creative requirements.
Convert marketing briefs, ideas and business requirements into effective visual concepts.
Design project showcase creatives, before-and-after visuals, case studies and client presentation materials.
Support the team with event, exhibition, campaign and promotional material designs.
Create marketing templates for recurring requirements to maintain consistency across communication.
Edit and enhance images, photographs and project visuals for marketing use.
Create basic video/reel creatives, motion graphics and animated social media content when required.
Ensure all creatives are delivered within the agreed TAT and campaign timelines.
Maintain an organised library of design files, templates, images, brand assets and source files.
Work on multiple design requests simultaneously and prioritise them based on business requirements.
Ensure designs are accurate in terms of content, dimensions, branding, spelling and visual quality before publishing.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats and creative marketing practices.
Collaborate with external vendors/printers for offline branding and print requirements, when required.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
Knowledge of Figma, After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create designs suitable for both digital and print media.
Good understanding of social media creative formats and dimensions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Ability to understand marketing objectives and convert them into creative communication.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing, preferably in a marketing, advertising, real estate, construction, infrastructure, sports or related industry.
Portfolio of previous design work is mandatory.
