About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives from planning through implementation and measurable business results.
This is not a role focused only on maintaining schedules and sending status updates. You will work directly with technology leaders, business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to turn complex initiatives into clear, executable plans and drive them successfully across the finish line.
You will have meaningful ownership over scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, communication, and delivery while helping teams stay aligned on what matters most.

What You’ll Own
Lead technology projects from initiation and discovery through planning, execution, implementation, and closeout.
Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate work across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, product, operations, and business teams.
Translate strategic goals into clear project objectives and executable workstreams.
Establish project governance, communication plans, reporting cadence, and decision-making processes.
Facilitate project kickoffs, working sessions, status meetings, risk reviews, and executive updates.
Track progress against schedule, budget, milestones, and quality expectations.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and competing priorities before they impact delivery.
Build mitigation and contingency plans for complex project challenges.
Manage changes to project scope, timelines, requirements, and priorities.
Maintain clear documentation, decision logs, action items, RAID logs, and project reporting.
Partner with technical teams to understand implementation constraints and dependencies.
Coordinate external vendors, consultants, and technology partners when required.
Support budget planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and project financial tracking.
Ensure stakeholders understand project health, next steps, risks, and decisions requiring escalation.
Support testing, deployment planning, change management, training, and business readiness.
Drive lessons learned and identify opportunities to continuously improve project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Strong candidates will combine technology understanding, structured project leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication.
You will typically bring:
5+ years of IT project management, technical project management, program coordination, or related experience.
Experience leading complex technology projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency management, and governance.
Experience working with software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, enterprise applications, or related IT environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure around complex initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience producing executive-level project reporting.
Ability to work independently and lead effectively in a distributed remote environment.
