Program Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within a large-scale enterprise environment.
This position will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into structured execution plans, coordinating interconnected workstreams, establishing program governance, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring that major initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Program Manager will work across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, Data, Business Transformation, and other enterprise functions, partnering with both senior leadership and execution teams.
Unlike a traditional project-management position focused primarily on schedules and task tracking, this role requires broader ownership.
You will need to understand how multiple projects connect, where dependencies could affect delivery, which risks require executive attention, and whether individual workstreams are collectively producing the intended program outcome.
The successful candidate will combine strong program management discipline, business judgment, stakeholder leadership, analytical thinking, and executive communication.
You should be comfortable operating in environments where priorities evolve, multiple teams share dependencies, and decisions frequently require balancing scope, resources, timing, risk, and business value.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead large, complex programs involving multiple interconnected projects and cross-functional teams.
Translate strategic objectives into program roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
Establish program governance, operating cadence, decision frameworks, and executive reporting.
Manage program scope, schedules, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and critical decisions.
Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, Data, and business functions.
Identify delivery risks early and develop practical mitigation and contingency plans.
Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, planning sessions, and program checkpoints.
Monitor program performance through meaningful KPIs, milestones, and business outcomes.
Manage dependencies between teams and resolve issues that could affect broader program delivery.
Support financial planning, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and program investment decisions.
Drive continuous improvement across program-management processes and operating practices.
Maintain clear documentation of major decisions, commitments, risks, and program status.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, Technology Delivery, or a related discipline preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional or enterprise-scale programs.
Strong understanding of program governance, dependency management, risk management, and delivery planning.
Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or comparable enterprise platforms.
Strong analytical, financial, and business-management capabilities.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable professional certification is advantageous but not required.

Improve coordination between business and technology organizations.
Contribute to operating-model, process-improvement, automation, and digital-transformation programs.
Support leadership in evaluating program outcomes and organizational impact.
Working Conditions
Remote position within the United States.
Full-time role within a large enterprise environment.
Regular virtual collaboration across multiple business functions and U.S. time zones.
Periodic travel may be required for strategic planning sessions, leadership meetings, or major program activities.
Additional availability may occasionally be required around significant milestones, launches, or critical program events.
Responsible handling of confidential business, financial, technology, and strategic information is required.
