Role Description This is a part-time Graphic Illustrator role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Graphic Illustrator will create high-quality digital illustrations and graphics for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and personal care communication materials, including product visuals, marketing collateral, and internal documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing character designs and visual concepts, refining layouts with the design and marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets. The role also involves image editing, preparing files for digital and print use, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Digital Illustration and Character Designs for diverse healthcare and product-related visuals.
Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design for marketing materials, packaging, and corporate communication.
Experience with Image Editing and related tools to optimize artwork for both digital and print formats.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalents).
Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver accurate, detail-oriented work within deadlines.
Good visual storytelling, creativity, and an understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with marketing, branding, and product teams.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
