We're looking for analytical, results-driven students to join our Performance Marketing Internship and gain hands-on experience in the paid-channel work that drives measurable growth for real products.
About the Internship
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you'll do realistic performance marketing work inspired by real companies: building mock paid-media plans, drafting mock ad creatives and copy, structuring mock budgets across channels, and analyzing mock campaign performance against KPIs.
You'll learn how performance marketers run and optimize paid acquisition — targeting, bidding, creative testing, and attribution — to turn ad spend into growth.
Responsibilities
* Build mock paid acquisition campaign plans across search, social, and display channels.
* Draft mock ad copy and creative briefs optimized for clicks and conversions.
* Structure mock channel budgets and media plans with projected spend and outcomes.
* Plan mock keyword strategies and audience targeting for paid search and social.
* Set mock campaign KPIs (CPC, CAC, ROAS) and benchmark targets.
* Build mock UTM and attribution setups to track channel performance.
* Analyze mock campaign data to identify winners, losers, and reallocation moves.
* Draft mock landing-page optimization recommendations tied to ad traffic.
* Plan mock A/B tests on ad creatives, headlines, and calls to action.
* Build mock remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.
* Draft mock weekly performance reports with insights and next steps.
* Research mock competitor ad strategies and auction positioning.
* Plan mock budget rebalancing across channels based on performance.
* Build mock growth dashboards tracking spend, CAC, and ROAS by channel.
* Write mock experiment write-ups documenting learnings and next steps.
* Map mock customer journeys from ad click to conversion.
* Propose mock scaling plans for campaigns that hit efficiency targets.
* Use AI tools to draft ad copy, analyze data, and generate campaign ideas.
Requirements
* Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical thinking with comfort working with numbers and metrics.
* Strong interest in paid media, auctions, and performance measurement.
* Creative problem-solving mindset — you test creatives instead of guessing.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organization and deadline habits.
* Familiarity with basic concepts like CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates is a plus but not required.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Previous professional marketing experience is not required.
What You'll Gain
* A portfolio of paid-media plans, ad creatives, and optimization reports.
* Hands-on experience running mock paid acquisition end to end.
* Practical skills in media planning, budgeting, and creative testing.
* Understanding of how bidding, targeting, and creative drive efficiency.
* Experience reading campaign data and reallocating budget by performance.
* Experience using AI for ad copy and campaign analysis.
* Personalized AI feedback on your work.
* Professional certificate upon successful completion.
* Mentorship and weekly learning sessions.
* Opportunity to strengthen your portfolio, resume, and interview readiness.
