System Administrator

The Role
• You will be responsible for the operation of online services within the healthcare sector, collaborating closely with product management and development.
• You will ensure the stable and secure operation of services, monitor our system landscape, and coordinate deployed components and data center services.
• With a strong focus on quality, you will ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identify risks early, and independently initiate appropriate measures.
• You will identify automation potential and develop sustainable solutions to optimize processes and operational workflows.
• As a communicative team player, you will support internal and external customers through 3rd level support and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
What You'll Need
• A completed IT education, such as IT system electronics technician, IT specialist for system integration, IT system administrator, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in system administration. Experience with Kubernetes is advantageous.
• Practical experience with operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.
• Reliable and conscientious work with a systematic and customer-oriented approach.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
