About the Organization : The Akshaya Patra Foundation is one of the world’s largest not-for-profit organizations implementing the Government of India’s Mid-Day Meal Programme. With operations spanning across 16+ states and over 78 kitchens, the Foundation serves over 2.35 million mid-day meals and 1 million morning snacks every day to school children. With an ambitious goal of serving 6 million meals per day by 2030, Akshaya Patra is committed to eliminating classroom hunger and promoting education through a scalable, sustainable, and efficient food delivery model.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Corporate Fundraising skills, including prospecting, proposal development, and donor stewardship.
Candidates should possess expertise in Corporate Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to design, manage, and grow long-term collaborations.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee partner relationships, ensure service quality, and deliver timely reporting.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage senior stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
Relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising, CSR, or business development, ideally with corporate or institutional donors.
Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to set targets, track performance, and use data to inform decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, mission-driven environment and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Comfort with using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital communication platforms for partner management and reporting.
