About The Role
As a Recruiter at Kanzleihafen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of tax professionals by connecting them with suitable law firms. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment, particularly within the professional services or tax industry, is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build relationships, assess candidate suitability accurately, and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Fluency in German is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
