Role Description The Marketing Operations Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support day-to-day marketing operations, including collecting and organizing market data, assisting in campaign execution, and tracking performance metrics. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, coordinating with internal teams to support sales and customer outreach, and maintaining accurate records in marketing and sales tools. The intern will help prepare presentations, reports, and marketing collateral, and contribute to improving processes that enhance customer experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced innovation ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to conduct structured Market Research and support data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Foundational understanding of Marketing Strategy and willingness to support campaign planning and execution.
Interest in Sales processes and capability to assist with lead tracking and follow-up activities.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with data.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
