Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of electrical,
instrumentation, and control systems through effective preventive, predictive,
and corrective maintenance, while minimizing equipment downtime and maintaining
compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Incharge of overall
electrical/electronic/Instrumentation maintenance of the plant reporting to
Maintenance Manager.
2.
Condition monitoring of all utilities like CT,
Air Compressor, Chilled water and trial of DG sets water softner plant.
3.
Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance
for all kinds of electrical & instruments, Motors, MCC, PCC, Panels and
Controls panels as per schedule.
4.
Knowledge of GMP,KAIZEN and TPM activity.
5.
5S compliance in all areas under maintenance
dept.
6.
knowledge of RTD, PID, PLC, Thermocouple,
Proximity sensors, flow switch, temperature switch, VFD, pressure switches,
Pressure transmitter, able to read the circuit drawing and track the
interlocking accordingly.
7.
Knowledge of Field Instruments like Flowmeters, Pressure Transducers, Level
Transducers, Flow switches, safety valves etc.
8.
Should have knowledge of electrical Control
system, AC Drive, DC Drive and motors, also should have knowledge of PLC
Fundamental.
9.
Knowledge of LT /HT Yard equipment like
Transformer, ACBs, VCBs, etc.
10.
Knowledge of LT /HT Yard equipment like
Transformer, ACBs, VCBs, etc.
11.
Having the Good Knowledge of Boiler, Compressor,
Chiller & other utility equipment.
12.
Knowledge of Energy, water, steam, air, gas
Sustainability and should be able to implement.
13.
Knowledge of ISO audits handling and producing
documents.
14.
Knowledge of operation and maintenance of
Boilers, Chillers, Air compressors, ETP, STP.

Ensure
adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain
compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support
internal and external audits.
Educational Qualification
Essential:
BE /
B.Tech (Electrical / Instrumentation)
