Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of production activities
in accordance with the production plan, quality standards, SOPs, and safety
requirements, while optimizing manpower, materials, equipment, and process
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Execute daily production plans and achieve production targets.
2.
Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
3.
Ensure products meet quality and process specifications.
4.
Minimize production
losses, downtime, waste, and rejection.
5.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and utilities.
6.
Monitor and control process parameters as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
7.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, E&I, and other departments.
8.
Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, SOP, and statutory requirements, where applicable.
9.
Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, reports, and documentation.
10. Identify
process problems and support root-cause
analysis and corrective actions.
11. Ensure
proper housekeeping and 5S/workplace
standards.
12. Train
and guide operators on safe and correct production procedures.
13. Support
continuous improvement and productivity
enhancement initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure
adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain
compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support
internal and external audits.
Educational Qualification
Essential:
BE /
B.Tech (Chemical), B.Tech (Plastics) or PGT-CIPET
Preferred:
SAP
