Role Description The Operations Executive role is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting day-to-day operational activities across manufacturing and business processes. This role includes coordinating workflows, tracking production or service status, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. The Operations Executive will analyze operational data, prepare reports, and assist in optimizing procedures to improve efficiency. Responsibilities also include cross-functional communication with internal teams, resolving routine operational issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role requires proactive collaboration with stakeholders to support smooth, reliable, and timely operations.
Qualifications
Strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in coordinating processes and supporting efficiency improvements.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making in an operations environment.
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare operations, quality standards, and compliance practices is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, with good time management and organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
Proficiency with productivity tools and basic data analysis software; experience with ERP or operations systems is an advantage.
