2. About the Opportunity:
The Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the marketing technology stack and supporting campaign execution. This position is responsible for maintaining data integrity, streamlining marketing operations, and collaborating across marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to enhance growth initiatives and pipeline development. The role ensures efficient campaign deployment, automation management, and contributes to process improvements that impact the organization''s marketing effectiveness.
3. Responsibilities:
Set up, test, and deploy marketing campaigns including email, webinars, and events using marketing automation platforms.
Build and code emails using HTML and Liquid.
Maintain accurate marketing data within CRM and automation tools.
Manage lead capture, enrichment, and routing workflows.
Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot the marketing technology stack.
Support monthly and ad hoc marketing performance reporting and dashboard management.
Document and improve processes related to campaign operations and lead management.
Build and optimize automation workflows supporting both product-led growth and sales-led initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, sales, and revenue operations teams.
4. Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Experience with marketing technology, data analytics, and digital marketing operations.
Advanced proficiency in Liquid code for dynamic email content.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Customer.io or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Project ownership skills from scoping to delivery with minimal oversight.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
