About The Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role at Vaco LLC presents an exciting opportunity for experienced HR professionals to influence and shape organizational success within a growing manufacturing environment. This strategic position involves working closely with business leaders and department managers to align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, performance optimization, workforce planning, and compliance matters. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying HR opportunities, implementing best practices, and supporting change management processes to enhance organizational effectiveness. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of progressive HR experience is required, including experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity. Prior experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or production environments is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for success, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is expected. Preferred qualifications include HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR, as well as experience supporting multi-site operations and organizational development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and department managers to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring consistency and compliance across all units.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment.
Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives to ensure talent readiness and operational continuity.
Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition strategies, including hiring needs assessment and recruitment process optimization.
Drive employee engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening company culture, improving retention, and enhancing overall employee satisfaction.
Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws to mitigate risks and ensure legal adherence.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Support compensation and performance review processes to ensure fair and competitive employee evaluations and rewards.
Assist with change management initiatives and process improvements to streamline HR operations and organizational effectiveness.
Coordinate and support training and employee development programs to foster continuous learning and professional growth.
Ensure consistent application of HR practices across assigned business units, promoting fairness and transparency.
