Influencer Marketing Specialist – Creator Partnerships | Remote

Are you someone who loves discovering creators, building relationships, and keeping up with what’s trending online?
TalentPop App is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to help our e-commerce brands find the right creators, build partnerships, and support influencer campaigns from outreach to completion.
This role is a great fit for someone with experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, outreach, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify influencers and content creators who align with our brands
Reach out to creators and build professional relationships
Coordinate influencer collaborations and campaign requirements
Follow up with creators and keep partnerships moving
Track outreach, responses, deliverables, and campaign activity
Support influencer campaigns from planning through execution
Monitor creator trends and identify new partnership opportunities
Maintain organized records and reports
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital marketing, outreach, or a related role
Experience researching and communicating with influencers or content creators
Strong written and spoken English
Confident and professional communication skills
Strong organization and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple conversations and deadlines
Creative and up to date with social media and creator trends
E-commerce experience is a plus
Don't have experience with every influencer platform? That's okay. We value strong communication, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly.
Tools & Skills That Are a Plus
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, influencer platforms, Google Sheets, Canva, Shopify, or affiliate marketing tools is an advantage.
