Creative Training Specialist – E-commerce & Digital Content | Remote | APAC
100% Work From Home | APAC | Full-Time
TalentPop App is looking for a Creative Training Specialist to train and coach creative professionals supporting e-commerce brands. You’ll help prepare trainees for client-facing work by building their skills in graphic design, video editing, content creation, and creative workflows.
What You’ll Do
Train and coach Creative Growth Assistants on creative and e-commerce workflows
Guide trainees through graphic design, video editing, and content creation tasks
Conduct hands-on training, practice activities, and assessments
Provide feedback and coaching to improve creative quality and performance
Help trainees understand creative briefs, brand guidelines, and client expectations
Monitor trainee progress and provide additional coaching where needed
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, or a related creative field
Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or supervising creative professionals
Strong understanding of e-commerce content and digital marketing
Good knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable providing constructive feedback
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
Previous remote, BPO, or VA experience is a plus
Work From Home Requirements
Personal laptop or desktop with Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or equivalent
At least 8 GB RAM
Minimum 25 Mbps internet connection
