IT Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for operational IT service matters, shaping Service Delivery Management.
• Drive and evolve IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) based on ITILv3/ITILv4 standards.
• Ensure defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and continuously optimized.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and hosted services to enhance IT operations and system processes.
• Manage reseller relationships and oversee Service Level Management to boost customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee the availability and stability of Service Delivery Management, including on-call readiness.
What You'll Need
• Several years of relevant experience in IT Operations, IT Administration, or IT Service Management with proven responsibility for complex service landscapes.
• A strong academic background in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or an equivalent IT vocational training with excellent results.
• In-depth practical experience applying ITILv3 or ITILv4 standards and proficiency with common IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ticketing, and monitoring systems).
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, self-organization, and service-oriented skills, coupled with a responsible, proactive, and team-oriented work approach.
