The Role
• Assist in monitoring approximately 30 microservices to ensure system health and performance.
• Help build and maintain dashboards for system observability and reporting.
• Participate in troubleshooting production issues, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with service owners to gather requirements and enhance monitoring coverage.
• Support automation initiatives for streamlining reporting and log management.
• Contribute to a consistent dashboard design for rapid issue identification.
What You'll Need
• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Support roles.
• Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts and modern software delivery practices.
• General understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn.
