Role Description As a volunteer Business Analyst at Outcome School, you will support program and operations teams by analyzing data, processes, and learner outcomes to improve the effectiveness of our pathways. On a day-to-day basis, you will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, map and refine business processes, and identify opportunities to enhance program scalability and impact. You will prepare reports and dashboards to clarify trends, support decision-making, and inform partnerships with employers and community organizations. This is a remote role, and you will collaborate with team members through online tools, contributing flexible hours to help optimize programs that connect learners to real employment opportunities.
