Role Description The Greenpace role at Greenpace is a full-time, on-site position located in Udaipur. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of sustainability projects, including coordinating activities, collecting and documenting project data, and assisting with reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities may include engaging with community members, organizing events or awareness campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly. The role also includes maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, preparing basic documentation or presentations, and helping monitor progress against goals. The person in this position is expected to work closely with colleagues on-site, contribute to a positive team culture, and adapt to evolving project needs.
Qualifications
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize workload, and follow project timelines with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for engaging with team members, stakeholders, and community participants.
Comfort working on-site in Udaipur, including participating in field activities and local events as needed.
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn new software.
Interest in sustainability, community development, or environmental initiatives, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
