Role Description
The Sales Support Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for providing technical and operational support to the sales team and prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, preparing solution proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and responding to technical and functional questions about CoreFi’s platform. The role involves collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to design suitable configurations, document use cases, and support proof-of-concept implementations. The Sales Support Engineer will assist with RFP responses, maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and integrations, and help translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-focused messaging. This position also includes troubleshooting pre-sales technical issues, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales tools and documentation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and support solution design.
Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, understanding APIs and cloud architectures, and explaining platform functionality.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales Operations experience, including supporting RFPs, preparing proposals, and collaborating with sales teams on deal strategy.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage pre-sales inquiries, build trust with prospects, and provide responsive, professional support.
Experience with financial services, fintech, or core banking platforms is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with AI-enabled systems, microservice architectures, and cloud-based SaaS solutions is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
