Role Description As a Placement Officer Intern at Great Hire, you will support the end-to-end placement process for candidates and partner organizations. On a day-to-day basis, you may assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records in internal tracking systems. You will help communicate with candidates and clients regarding opportunities, timelines, and next steps, while ensuring a positive experience for all parties. The internship also involves researching job markets, updating databases, and preparing basic reports or summaries for the placement team. This is an internship role and is a remote position, offering flexibility to work from any location while collaborating closely with the team online.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email etiquette.
Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, such as attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Candidates should possess basic research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather information on job opportunities, market trends, and candidate profiles.
Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, video conferencing, and online communication platforms).
Candidates should possess a customer-service mindset, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling candidate and client information.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Interest in recruitment, talent management, or HR, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment.
