Responsibilities:
Manage RPO mandates for large-scale enterprise clients.
Build credibility with senior client stakeholders, manage expectations, and navigate multi-layered client organizations.
Own SLAs and governance, including running structured reviews, presenting data, and addressing risks when targets are at risk.
Engage credibly across a mix of technical and business roles without heavy reliance on hiring managers.
Manage multiple accounts or mandates simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management.
Use ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards effectively.
Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, adapting tone as needed.
Act as a consultative, solutions-oriented partner to clients.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
Demonstrated experience managing RPO mandates for large-scale enterprise clients.
Background in an agency, RPO firm, or in-house RPO team preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong track record of owning SLAs and governance.
Solid technical and domain fluency.
Experience managing multiple accounts or mandates simultaneously.
Strong command of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and reporting/dashboarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Consultative, solutions-oriented mindset.
