1. About Our Client:

2. About the Opportunity:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and budgets. This role is central to coordinating resources, tracking deliverables, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
3. Responsibilities:
Plan and manage full project lifecycles, including scheduling, risk assessment, and resource coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align resources and priorities.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize tasks impacting project timelines and budgets.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously to maintain steady progress.
Monitor project portfolios to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
Update project plans, manage scope changes, and communicate adjustments.
Track project status, budget, and health, providing regular updates.
Act as primary contact for project communications with stakeholders.
Facilitate project kick-off and status meetings.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Recommend process improvements to enhance project management practices.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience or equivalent combination in project coordination, management, or service delivery, preferably in IT.
Proficiency with IT terminology and PSA ticketing systems.
Knowledge of IT service delivery principles including incident and change management.
Preferred certifications: CAPM, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar.
Skilled use of business collaboration and project management tools.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Capability to influence without direct authority.
Focus on results and accountability for deadlines.
Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
Negotiation and conflict resolution expertise.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $63,256 to $98,047 annually.
Compensation based on candidate’s skills, experience, licenses, and education.
