Lead, Technical Product Manager (Digital)

2. About the Opportunity:
The Lead, Technical Product Manager (Digital) role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives within the digital product vertical. This position ensures that products move efficiently from concept through launch, driving alignment among Product, Engineering, and Design teams. The role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, customer-focused digital experiences and improving product delivery processes.
3. Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives through the full software development lifecycle from ideation to post-launch
Act as product owner for the digital domain, ensuring clear requirements and outcomes
Translate product strategies into actionable user stories and specifications
Drive alignment and clarity across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Design
Champion high-quality UI/UX in web and mobile products in partnership with Design
Lead Agile execution practices and continuously improve team velocity and quality
Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain delivery momentum
Maintain well-structured backlogs and track delivery health metrics
Collaborate with Engineering on technical design, APIs, and implementation trade-offs
Advocate for technical quality, scalability, and maintainability
4. Requirements:
Proven experience delivering complex, customer-facing digital products end-to-end
Strong Agile delivery expertise, including sprint planning and backlog management
Ability to translate product strategy into clear epics, stories, and specifications
Technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, and software architectures
Experience working closely with Engineering on implementation sequencing and trade-offs
Proficient with Jira and Confluence for backlog and workflow management
Use of data and delivery metrics to enhance team performance
Familiarity with AI tools and Atlassian ecosystem is a plus
High ownership and initiative with proactive problem-solving skills
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication abilities
Ability to influence without formal authority and manage competing priorities
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
