Senior AI Enablement Engineer

The Senior AI Enablement Engineer role is designed to integrate AI-powered tools across various teams to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. This position involves evaluating, configuring, and deploying AI solutions tailored to organizational workflows, thereby driving adoption and enabling teams to work more effectively. The role is critical in bridging technology with everyday business needs to accelerate processes and foster innovation.
3. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement AI tools suited to team workflows
Configure and manage AI platforms to facilitate adoption
Address IT and security requirements for AI deployment in a healthcare context
Collaborate with multiple departments to identify and apply AI solutions
Develop documentation and training materials for AI tools
Maintain AI tooling infrastructure and troubleshoot issues
4. Requirements:
Experience automating workflows with AI technologies
Deep knowledge of AI tools, large language models, coding assistants, and automation platforms
Ability to build scripts, tools, and integrations including MCP servers
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure such as containers, cloud administration, and identity management
Self-driven with strong problem-solving and communication skills
