2. About the Opportunity:
The Licensing Specialist role focuses on efficiently managing the agent appointment and onboarding processes within a dynamic, multi-tenant environment. The position ensures that productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met while maintaining compliance with service level agreements. This role is essential for enabling smooth agent integration and supporting overall operational effectiveness.
3. Responsibilities:
Process agent onboarding by reviewing agent-contracting paperwork for completeness and accuracy
Document and communicate any incorrect or missing items related to agent contracting
Enter approved agent contracts into the system of record
Respond to agent and staff inquiries regarding appointment and onboarding information with clear communication on next steps
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The base pay for this position starts at $21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
