Role Description The SAP Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The SAP Consultant will analyze business requirements, map them to SAP functionalities, and configure relevant modules to support efficient business processes. Daily tasks include managing and maintaining master data, coordinating system integrations, troubleshooting issues, and preparing documentation for configurations and workflows. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering stakeholder feedback, and providing training and support to end users to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions. The consultant will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project planning, testing, and deployment activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business needs, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to advise stakeholders, optimize workflows, and align SAP configurations with organizational goals.
Candidates should possess Master Data and Integration skills to ensure accurate data management and seamless connectivity between SAP modules and external systems.
Relevant experience as an SAP Consultant or in SAP implementation, support, or upgrade projects.
Working knowledge of key SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or other relevant modules) and understanding of end-to-end process flows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; SAP certifications are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk and manage multiple tasks in a structured, organized manner.
