Project Manager

About The Role
The Project Manager will lead cross-functional delivery for cloud infrastructure and developer platform initiatives, coordinating engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams from planning through launch.
This role matters because reliable execution is critical to scaling technical products. The Project Manager will turn complex requirements into clear plans, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure teams ship predictable, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure, platform, and developer tooling projects across engineering, product, security, and operations
Build and maintain project plans, milestones, dependency maps, RAID logs, and launch-readiness checklists using tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, or equivalent
Facilitate planning sessions, standups, technical reviews, and executive status updates that keep teams aligned on scope, timing, and ownership
Track delivery metrics, surface risks and blockers early, and lead mitigation plans through resolution
Coordinate releases involving APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production infrastructure
Improve project-management processes, templates, and operating cadences to increase engineering predictability and reduce delivery friction
What We Are Looking For
3-8 years of project or program management experience in a technology, software, cloud infrastructure, or developer-tools environment
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional technical projects from definition through production launch
Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery practices, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and incident or release management
Hands-on experience with project and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical dependencies and risks for both engineering teams and senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, observability platforms, security programs, or technical compliance initiatives
