Senior UI/UX Designer

The Role
Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
What You'll Need
Proven experience (8+ years) in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
