The Role
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of agile best practices
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functionality
Coach the development team and product owner in Scrum principles and practices
Promote continuous improvement and adaptability within the team
What You'll Need
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
