Senior Scrum Master

We are working with a leading organization in the healthcare sector, dedicated to improving patient care and operational efficiency through innovative technology and robust agile practices. They are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to guide their development teams.
The Role
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams.
Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove team impediments and blockers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, and delivery commitments using Jira extensively.
What You'll Need
Strong background as a Senior Scrum Master with hands-on experience leading Scrum teams.
Significant experience working within the healthcare industry (Claims, Members, Providers, Clinical, or Care Management).
Proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to apply Agile and Kanban methodologies based on team and organizational needs.
Experience supporting teams in scaled Agile environments and understanding of SAFe/Scaled Agile concepts.
Extensive use of Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, issue tracking, and Agile metrics.
