ERP Project Manager

The Role
Oversee and manage the implementation of ERP systems, specifically Workday, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals.
Partner with implementation teams to execute tasks including planning, cutover, and managing temporary processes between phases.
Collaborate with company personnel, project leadership, and external vendors to initiate, plan, execute, and monitor project objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, guidance, and support throughout the implementation process.
Manage and lead tasks related to project schedules, communication plans, scope definition, and change control.
Monitor and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to the leadership team when necessary.
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience coordinating or managing projects in a professional setting.
Proven experience implementing ERP systems, with Workday experience highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree is required; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with ability to adapt best practices.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills, adaptable under pressure.
Certifications like PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, Agile, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
